The hotel's unique amenities like foosball tables and complimentary fruit were a nice touch. the general manager's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, with attentive service and substantive breakfast options. Although the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with housekeeping in one of our rooms, with wet towels and dirty floors left unattended. On the positive side, the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby, and activities like skiing and cycling accessible to guests. the lobby's array of board games and pool table added to the inviting atmosphere. Overall, Tru By Hilton Syracuse-Camillus has potential, with its welcoming staff and convenient location. With some improvements in housekeeping consistency, it could be a top choice for travelers looking for a mix of relaxation and activity in the Syracuse area.
